Description: This is a fine property with a nice natural 2.5-acre pond on it. This pond will require very little if any maintenance since it has always been there just naturally. Access: From Southeast Health in Dothan head southeast on US-84 E/E Main St/E U.S. Hwy 84 toward Ross Clark Circle. Continue to follow US-84 E/E U.S. Hwy 84 pass by Dollar General (on the right in 2.7 miles) for 9.4 miles. Turn left onto Pleasant Grove Road and travel 3.5 miles. Turn right onto Houston County 33 your destination will be on the right 1.9 miles.
